if you take my rage, there will be nothing left
i imagine that must be how Godzilla feels
is that strange?
that i can identify with a kaiju more than modern man
that i understand looking around at the world and stomping
destroying
shooting fire
or laser beams
just general destruction
there has to be something better than the way we’re living
and if i keep my rage close, maybe i can destroy to create
or maybe it will all bleed out of me and i’ll just deflate
who knows……maybe Godzilla does
